How It Works

Step 1: Register or Login
Establish a user login, or login with your username and password to access the secure user area. Registration provides exclusive access to all secure site features and benefits.
Step 2: Create/View Inventory
Create, view,edit and maintain an accurate record of your machine inventory. Click on the “Add Machine to My Inventory” button, fill in the form, and Submit.
This function can be utilized with no purchase necessary.
Step 3: Plan New Maintenance
Select the Maintenance button to view maintenance history, scheduled maintenance or plan new maintenance. To place an order or get a detailed quote select “Plan New Maintenance” from this screen.
Step 4: Select Service Date
Here you will see a map of your area and the dates available for service. The visit charge is also stated here. This is the amount you will be charged when the order is submitted.
Select a date from the maintenance schedule located at the bottom of the map, and click next
Step 5: Select Machines for Service
Select the machines you want to include in this service visit by checking the box in the "Service'" column. You can add notes about individual machines in the "Notes" column. Click the next button.
Step 6: Review Quote
Confirm that the details in the quote are accurate and that the "Service Contact Information" is correct... edit if necessary. Also, you may print a quote and/or put your order on hold at this point
Step 7: Order Service
Submit your Service Order and email confirmation will follow. A customer service rep will contact you when we receive your order and a service professional will call on you during the week prior to your service visit. You may view all service orders and modify pending orders from the Maintenance page.
